十八大报告

1. 要坚决维护中央权威，在思想上政治上行动上同党中央保持高度一致，坚决贯彻党的理论和路线方针政策，保证中央政令畅通，均不允许“上有政策、下有对策”，决不允许有令不行、有禁不止。

1. All Party organizations and members must resolutely uphold the authority of the Central Committee and maintain a high degree of unity with it theoretically, politically and in action. We must faithfully implement the Party's theories, line, principles and policies and ensure that the decisions of the Central Committee are carried out effectively; and we will never allow anyone to take countermeasures against them or disregard them.
