1. 中国将始终不渝奉行互利共赢的开放战略。我们将继续以自己的发展促进地区和世界共同发展，扩大同各方利益的汇合点，在实现本国发展的同时兼顾对方特别是发展中国家的正当关切。

1. China will unswervingly follow a win-win strategy of opening up. We will continue to contribute to regional and global development through our own development, and expand the areas where our interests meet with those a various sides. While securing our own development, we will accommodate the legitimate concerns of other countries, especially other developing countries.
