1. 鼓励发展大型煤化工成套设备，研制煤炭液化和气化、煤制烯烃等成套设备。鼓励发展大型高效清洁发电装备，发展煤电高效发电机组、大型水电及抽水蓄能机组、重型燃气轮机、先进百万千瓦级压水堆核电机组、大功率风力发电机组等，以及特高压输变电设备。

1. It supports the development of complete sets of large equipment for coal chemicals as well as R&D of coal liquefaction and gasification, and coal-to-olefin conversion equipment, the development of high-efficiency and low-pollution power generation equipment, high-efficiency coal-fired power generation units, hydropower and pumped-storage units, heavy-duty gas turbines, PWR nuclear power generation units with a capacity of one million kw, high-power wind-driven generators, and superhigh-power transmission and transformation machinery.
