1. 最高人民法院、最高人民检察院等有关部门先后下发《关于依法惩治性侵害未成年人犯罪的意见》《关于依法处理监护人侵害未成年人权益行为若干问题的意见》，加强对儿童的司法保护。贯彻落实《禁止使用童工规定》，在劳动领域维护儿童权益工作进一步加强。

1. The Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate and related departments successively promulgated the Opinions on Punishing the Crime of Sexual Assault against Minors and the Opinions on Legally Handling Several Issues on Guardians' Infringement upon the Rights and Interests of Minors, so as to beef up judicial protection on juveniles. The state implemented the Provisions on the Prohibition of Using Child Labor, and further intensified efforts to safeguard children's rights and interests in the field of labor.
