十八大报告

1. 要发挥人民主人翁精神，坚持依法治国这个党领导人民治理国家的基本方略，最广泛地动员和组织人民依法管理国家事务和社会事务、管理经济和文化事业、积极投身社会主义现代化建设，更好保障人民权益，更好保证人民当家作主。

1. We should ensure that the people are the masters of the country and we should uphold the rule of law as a fundamental principle by which the Party leads the people in running the country. We should mobilize and organize as many people as possible to manage state and social affairs as well as the economy and cultural programs in accordance with the law and to devote themselves to socialist modernization, and we should better protect the people's rights and interests and ensure that the people determine their own destiny.
